A motorcycle has many important parts. Each part has a special job. Knowing these parts helps you understand how the motorcycle works. Here are the main parts of a motorcycle.

Engine: This is the heart of the motorcycle. It makes the bike go.

Seat: This is where the rider sits. It is usually made of leather.

Handlebars: These are used to steer the bike. The rider holds them to control the direction.

Wheels: There are two wheels, one in the front and one in the back. They help the bike move.

Exhaust Pipe: This part makes the loud sound. It is at the back of the bike.

Headlight: This is the light at the front. It helps the rider see at night.

Fuel Tank: This is where the gasoline goes. It is usually between the seat and the handlebars.

Brakes: These are used to stop the bike. There are brakes on the front and back wheels.
